New to research compounds? Each product ships as a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder, third-party purity tested with a COA on file. Our team is glad to answer questions about our products, testing, and shipping — reach out anytime.
DO I NEED BACTERIOSTATIC WATER?
Compounds ship as a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder. Bacteriostatic (BAC) water is a common companion research supply, so we stock it right alongside our compounds and you can add both to one order. For laboratory research use only.
WHAT SUPPLIES DO YOU CARRY?
We stock the compounds plus common companion research supplies like bacteriostatic (BAC) water — add them to your order and everything ships together. General lab consumables are widely available from laboratory suppliers.
HOW DO I STORE IT?
Keep sealed vials cool, dry, and out of direct light. Once in solution, store refrigerated, where the material stays stable for several weeks.

WHAT ARE REFERENCE STANDARDS?
Reference standards are chemical substances used by qualified researchers in laboratory and in-vitro studies. They are intended for scientific research only — not for human consumption, diagnosis, or treatment.
ARE YOUR COMPOUNDS TESTED FOR PURITY?
Yes. Every batch is independently tested by accredited third-party laboratories using HPLC, mass spectrometry, and endotoxin testing. Certificates of Analysis are available on every product page and included with every order.
WHAT IS YOUR PURITY STANDARD?
All Vital Chems compounds meet a minimum 99% purity standard, verified by HPLC. Many batches exceed 99.5%. Exact purity is reported on each batch's COA.
HOW SHOULD I STORE MY COMPOUNDS?
Most lyophilized compounds are stable at room temperature for weeks; for long-term storage we recommend refrigeration. Once in solution, keep refrigerated. Storage guidance is included with every order.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Orders placed before 1:30 PM PST ship the same business day via tracked, discreet packaging. US shipping is a $9.99 flat rate, free on orders over $100. Free international shipping on orders over $250. Tracking link is emailed when your order leaves the lab.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. We ship globally with tracked carriers. International orders over $250 ship free. You are responsible for any import duties or local taxes that may apply.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, Card, and Crypto — with 5% off when you pay by Venmo or Crypto. After placing your order you'll see clear payment instructions — include your order number in the memo so we can match the payment, then we ship out same day.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
US orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days. International delivery is 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
If your order arrives damaged or you have a quality issue, email support@vitalchems.co within 7 days of delivery and we will replace or refund. Due to the nature of reference standards, we cannot accept returns of opened or used product unless there's a quality issue.
