When you enter one of our Discord giveaways, we receive your Discord user ID and username from the giveaway's Enter button. If you use the free email entry method described in the Giveaway Official Rules, we receive the name, email address, date of birth, and state of residence you send us. We use this information only to administer the giveaway: to run the random draw, confirm eligibility, notify and pay the winner, and keep the records that tax and consumer-protection law require. Email entries are deleted 60 days after the draw they relate to; winner records are kept as long as the law requires. Winners may be announced by Discord username or first name and last initial as described in the Official Rules, and may ask to be listed as "Announced in Discord" instead.
